CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES for 2024 are now closed, we will be sending out orders on the 23rd of December, but of course they won’t be with you in time for Christmas. We reopen on the 30th December, so if you place any orders over the Christmas period we will send them out to you then. Wishing you a very merry Christmas!
Our postage and packing charge for small orders to UK mainland is just £1.75, but if there are 5 items or more in your order then we we won’t charge you anything for shipping.
We try to get our internet orders out on the day we receive them, wherever possible (weekdays only). Small parcels go out by First Class Royal Mail, so if an order arrives later in the day then we may have missed the post, and it will go out on the next working day. Very large orders will go out via 24 hour courier.
We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our order picking, but mistakes can happen – if they do, please get in touch with us straight away, either by phone or email, and we will get it sorted out for you!
